I work with adults navigating advanced illness, caregiving stress, bereavement, and the profound shifts in identity that follow a loss or diagnosis. I believe therapy should offer both steadiness and strategy. My goal is to be a companion on your journey, equipping you with practical tools to manage brain fog, emotional intensity, and deep exhaustion so you can protect your wellbeing.
My background in end-of-life care and responding to sudden, life-altering events has shown me how overwhelming it is when your world shifts. Whether you are managing the long-term mental load of caregiving or trying to find your footing after a loss, you do not have to face it alone. I draw from CBT, Narrative Therapy, and strength-based, solution-focused approaches to tailor our work to your specific needs.
I practice from a person-in-environment perspective, exploring not only your internal experience, but also how family dynamics, workplace pressures, and broader systems impact your well-being. Grief and stress do not happen in isolation—and neither does healing. I offer an open, non-judgmental space where we can navigate these complexities together at your own pace.

I strive to make sure my clients are comfortable during sessions and hope to create a sense of peace and warmth. My office is a safe space for people of all races, religions, and sexual orientations. I favour a solution-focused and cognitive-behavioural approach to counselling, with my main goal being a strong therapeutic alliance with each of my clients. When working with younger clients, my goal is to find fun and exciting ways to introduce therapeutic strategies through the use of games, as well as arts and crafts.
I hope to work mostly with young clients who are on the Autism Spectrum, have been diagnosed with or are experiencing symptoms of ADHD, or are exhibiting behavioural issues. I want to help each of my clients reach their personal goals, whether that is becoming more organized, gaining a new outlook, or just having a non judgemental ear.
